Maid and nanny agencies in Kuwait vs direct hire
Quick answer: A maid agency in Kuwait usually brings a new worker from abroad for an agency fee. The alternative is to hire a maid or nanny already in Kuwait directly on Kuwait Nanny and Maid: you browse profiles, interview the candidate and agree terms yourself, for a membership from 24 KWD.
Many families in Kuwait search for a maid agency or nanny agency. Before you choose, compare bringing a new worker through an agency with hiring someone already in Kuwait. Kuwait Nanny and Maid is not an agency; it is a database where you contact candidates yourself.
